Typical Dewpoint Control Plant Package
- Distillation Section - as required, de-ethanizer and de-butanizer or stabilizer, trayed or packed distillation columns, ASME VIII, 300# or 150#; TEMA / ASME VIII shell and tube or kettle type reboilers with LCVs, instruments, valves, PSVs
- Hydrate Control - ethylene glycol supply / regeneration unit for water dewpoint and hydrate control
- Packaging
- structural "I" beam oilfield skid(s), lifting points, fabricated machinery bases
- all utility and process piping to ASME B31.3 or B31.5
- 1/16" or 1/8" corrosion allowance for vessels and piping
- all coolant, fresh and waste oil tanks
- all instrument wiring in conduit or on cable tray
- self-framing cold weather building (if required)
