Typical Dewpoint Control Plant Package
- Cooling - indirect cooling by glycol for compressor oil (for cold weather operation)
- Control System (may control compressor and process equipment) -shutdown panel e.g. Murphy; PLC
- Condensing - TEMA / ASME VIII shell and tube or fin-fan heat exchanger, winter pressure controls if needed, instruments, DP up to 500 psig, DT -40F or -20F to 300F
- Economiser - if required, ASME VIII vessel with LCV and PCV, instruments
- Low Temperature Separator (LTS) - ASME VIII 3 phase separator, ASME 600# design, DT -40F or less to 150F, instruments, LCVs, PSV
